Laptop with pentium M 760 & Radeon X700

I have the same problem : "Module fglrx not found."
I just installed Ubuntu wich crash after text mode install (black screen). Graphical or graphical-safe modes don't work, same symptoms.

J'ai le meme probleme, j'ai installé ubuntu mais écran noir, et quand je tape cette commande il me dit : "Module fglrx not found."
Une idée ?

Sorry if you can't understand english, but i'm spanish and I don't know write french very well ()
I have the same problem, but i have installed fedora Core 5. In my laptop don't work the line "/sbin/modprobe fglrx ----> FATAL: Module fglrx not found."
Can you tell me how solve it?
